On 14 March 2023, the UK Medicines regulator approved an application to reclassify the erectile dysfunction medication Cialis. When marketed asCialis Together(tadalafil 10mg), it will be a ‘P’ (pharmacy) medication, and so available ‘over the counter’ in pharmacies – see. This follows the 2018, ‘P’ classification of (sildenafil 50mg) which has been available OTC, without a prescription, since then.

Unfortunately, there is a strong black market in the UK for ED medicines, which are often unlicensed or counterfeit. UK Border Force and the MHRA seize millions of pounds of these fake products from criminals annually. This new classification of tadalafil 10mg will enable men who suffer from ED to obtain it safely from a local pharmacy.
Sanofi, the drug manufacturer, is expected to launch Cialis Together later in 2023. Cialis Together will be available to purchase in pharmacies without a prescription by men over 18 with erectile dysfunction. Cialis Together tablets will contain 10mg tadalafil and the maximum pack size will be 8 tablets. Other doses and pack sizes of Cialis and tadalafil will still be available on prescription through doctors and specially trained pharmacists. Before purchase in a pharmacy there must be an assessment with a pharmacist, who will check that Cialis Together is appropriate and safe, or whether consultation with a GP is necessary.
Men suffering with ED will have another treatment option with the convenience of purchasing it in their local pharmacy, including pharmacies found inside supermarkets (eg. Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s). The pharmacist will ask some health questions, may check blood pressure, and will advise on treatment with Cialis Together or Viagra Connect, or the need to consult a GP. Pharmacies usually have a private room for such discussions.
Cialis Together is a 10mg tadalafil product for use at least 30 minutes prior to anticipated sexual activity. Its effects can last. It is not recommended for daily use. The maximum recommended dose of Cialis Together will be one tablet in 24 hours. Prescription Cialis and tadalafil will still be available at different doses.
Dr Fox welcomes the wider access to ED medication for men that Cialis Together classified as a ‘P’ OTC medication will provide. We at Dr Fox are aware of the difficulties men have in discussing ED with their GPs and in accessing ED medication. We know that Cialis is effective and safe for most men and this change provides another option for obtaining ED treatment. Pharmacists are health professionals who are able to give ED advice but they will also know when to refer men who would benefit from a doctor’s assessment. ‘P’ medicines can also be supplied on prescription, and we will offer Cialis Together, when available, alongside our other competitively priced ED products.

Ayoza is a medication that helps men overcome erectile dysfunction by boosting blood flow to the penis. It is often prescribed for the symptoms of impotence, but its side effects can be severe and include headache, flushing, and muscle pain.
Ayoza can also cause temporary vision loss in some individuals. It is also associated with the side effects of some medications and the risk of an allergic reaction to Viagra. It is also not recommended for women, children, and people with certain medical conditions.

SINGAPORE — The country’s top pharma giant is facing a new challenge: it’s on the verge of launching its own generic version of Viagra.
A generic version of Viagra is now available in pharmacies nationwide. The drug is called Viagra.
The drug, known as sildenafil, is a generic version of the older drug Viagra.
Sildenafil, which is sold under the brand name Revatio, is the same drug in its class of medications called PDE5 inhibitors.
The drug is also the name of a treatment for pulmonary arterial hypertension, which is when blood flow in the lungs narrows and makes it difficult to breath.
“We are constantly trying to make our own version of this drug,” said Dr. Ian Thompson, the head of Pfizer’s medical research unit, which is responsible for developing and marketing the drug.
Dr. Thompson said the new, generic version of Viagra, which is available by prescription only, would be easier to administer, and there would be no need to wait for a second tablet before taking the prescription.
The drug’s main ingredient, sildenafil citrate, is a PDE5 inhibitor, which means it affects the natural process of producing blood in the body.
Sildenafil works by relaxing the muscles in the arteries of the penis and increasing blood flow.
Thompson said that it’s not a very effective treatment for pulmonary arterial hypertension.
“As we get more and more people to use this medicine, it’s increasing the likelihood of a stroke. It’s a big concern for people with this disease and people who are going to need to be careful,” he said.
He added that the drug is the most effective treatment for the condition, which includes erectile dysfunction, high blood pressure and pulmonary arterial hypertension.
The drug is also the only treatment for the disorder.
Thompson said that the drug could help treat erectile dysfunction, which is a condition in which a man cannot get or keep an erection strong enough for sex.
“A man who has this disorder would not be able to enjoy having sex. Viagra is an effective treatment for this disorder,” he said.
Thompson said that in the past, many men who suffer from the condition were given Viagra.
He said that most people suffering from this disorder take Viagra in a pill form to help their sex life. The drug has an effect on the body and can also help reduce the frequency of sexual activity, he said.
“The effect of Viagra on the body is very similar to that of the drug,” said Dr. Thompson, a professor at the Harvard Medical School.
Viagra is the brand name of the drug, which is sold under the brand name Revatio.
“This drug has been around for many years. It’s been around for a long time and in many countries it has been sold as the generic drug,” he said.
There are a number of problems with the drug, such as heart problems, vision problems and low blood pressure.
